Holland is a sport minded country. For several years Holland is among the top of the Olympic Summer and Winter Games. Dutch teams won footballcups and fieldhockeycups. Dutch sportsmen won the Tour de France, the Giro d'Italia and the Vuelta Espana. Check out the links for short films. FOOTBALL

Football or soccer is a national sport. More than 1 million players play a soccer matcth every weekend. The traditional top three teams in Holland are Ajax, Feyenoord and PSV. We can arrange tickets for matches of those three teams. But you can also watch a match in a local pub or visit another soccer team. If you want a soccer team, let me know the date and we can find an interesting soccer match, you won't forget.

 

ROAD CYCLING

Another national sport is professional road cycling. Tom Dumoulin won the famous Giro d'Italia in 2017. From the end of March until the end of April spring classics (one day), like the Amstel Gold Race and Tour of Flanders are held in Holland and Belgium. Experience the fanatic way of supporting the cyclists in Belgium or feel the sweat of the cyclists passing the Dutch mountains.

FIELD HOCKEY

Both the Dutch natonial women's field hockey team and the Dutch national men's fieldhockey team won the European Championship in 2017. Today there are 320 field hockey clubs in the Netherlands and the sport is played by nearly 240,000 people. Hockey is the second popular team sport in the Netherlands after football. Kampong, Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Bloemendaal are the topteams at this moment. In contrast to the top football teams it is more easy to arrange tickets.
